Blinkies are small animated banners, or small animated images, that normally include text sayings, and are used as email signatures, in forums, or in blogs. They help express your personality or promote things that are important to you.  I have looked at blinkies on many different sites, but have found a distinct lack of blinkies for special needs and disabilities.  Here are some that I have collected as well as some I have made myself.  Feel free to use them if you like them.  If you have one you would like to see on this page, let me know through the email link on the home page.
